Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to buy from us. Some of our products are lighters and smoking accessories. You're responsible for making sure you can lawfully buy, import and own them where you live.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout shows otherwise, and the total, including any shipping and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because many pieces have relief, engraved or enamel details, small variations in color, texture and finish between the photos and the item you receive are normal. If an item is materially different from its description, you can return it for a full refund, including return shipping.

Lighters are shipped empty (no fuel, butane or flint). Always follow the safety instructions for the fuel you use, and keep lighters away from children.

Limited Editions

Limited-edition pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. We may limit how many a customer can buy.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. It includes a 30-day return window on unused items and, for customers in the EU, EEA and UK, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Use of the Website

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. The site's photos, text, logos and design belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer (for example, the right to goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality).

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
